Turn a PDF into one long image

Some apps and people only open pictures. This tool stacks the pages of a PDF top to bottom in a single tall JPG, so a menu, a timetable or a short document can be shared and scrolled like any photo.

Your PDF is processed on this device and never uploaded. We don't see, store or log your files.

How it works

  1. Tap Choose file and pick your PDF.
  2. Choose the image width.
  3. Tap Make long image.
  4. Download or share the JPG.

Why use this tool

The PDF never leaves your device, and the image is made by your own browser. Free, with no watermark and no sign-up.

Width, sharpness and length

At 1080 px wide an A4 page becomes about 1,530 px tall, sharp on any phone screen. At 1600 px small print stays readable when zoomed, and the file is roughly twice as large. Very tall images don't open on many phones, so each image is kept under about 16.7 megapixels: that is about 10 A4 pages at 1080 px, or 4 pages at 1600 px. Longer documents are split into several long images, downloaded together as a ZIP.

When to use something else

For one image per page, use PDF to JPG. For printing, keep the PDF: an image can't keep text selectable.

Frequently asked questions

Why did I get more than one image?

The document was too long for one image that phones can open. Each part holds about 10 A4 pages at 1080 px.

Can I copy text from the image?

No. It's a picture of the pages. To copy text, use PDF to Text.

Is the JPG compressed?

Yes, at high quality (85), which keeps text sharp while keeping the file small enough to share.

Is my PDF uploaded?

No. Everything happens in your browser on your own device.
