Terms of use

OS Authority provides free tools for working with files, such as compressing, converting and merging PDFs and images. The tools run in your browser; your files are not uploaded to us. We may add, change or remove tools at any time.

Only process files you have the right to use. Don't use the site to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, or to interfere with the site's operation, for example by automated mass requests.

Keep your own copies of important files. The tools create new files and never change your originals, but you are responsible for checking results before relying on them.

The tools are provided free and "as is". We work hard to make them reliable, but we don't guarantee that every file will be processed correctly, that results will meet a particular requirement (such as an upload size limit), or that the site will always be available.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, including lost or damaged data, because all processing happens on your own device and under your control.
