Fill in a PDF form
Type into the real fields of a PDF form, tick the boxes and pick the options, then download the filled-in PDF. It works on a phone, in any language, and the form is never uploaded.
Your PDF is processed on this device and never uploaded. We don't see, store or log your files.
How it works
- Tap Choose file and pick a fillable PDF form.
- Fill in the fields, listed page by page in the order they appear.
- Tick Flatten if the form shouldn't be editable any more.
- Tap Save filled PDF, then Download or Share it.
Why fill the form here
Application forms carry names, addresses, ID and bank numbers. Here they stay on your device: the form is read and filled by your own browser. There is no account and no watermark, and it works on phones, where most PDF apps can't fill forms.
Arabic, Urdu and other scripts
Standard PDF form fonts only cover Latin letters, so most tools show boxes or nothing for Arabic or Urdu. Here, text in other scripts is drawn by your browser with correct joining and direction, and placed in its field; that field becomes part of the page, while fields in Latin letters stay editable.
Flatten or keep editable
A flattened PDF looks the same but its fields can't be changed, which suits forms you submit or print. Keep it editable if you or someone else still needs to fill in more. PDFs up to 200 MB work on a phone and up to 500 MB on a computer.
When there's nothing to fill
Scanned forms and PDFs made from Word without form fields have nothing to type into: use Add text to PDF to place text anywhere on the page. Forms built with Adobe's XFA format (some government forms) only open properly in Adobe Reader; this tool says so when it finds one.
Frequently asked questions
Can I fill a form on my phone?
Yes. The fields are listed as normal boxes and choices, sized for touch, so you don't have to zoom into the page.
Can I write in Arabic or Urdu?
Yes. That text is drawn correctly and placed in its field, which then can't be edited again.
Why are some fields missing?
Read-only fields, buttons and signature fields aren't listed. To sign, use Sign PDF after filling in the form.
Is my form uploaded?
No. Everything happens in your browser on your own device.
