Sign a PDF on your phone or computer

Sign a form, an offer letter or a delivery note without printing and scanning it. Draw your signature with a finger or type your name, put it where it belongs on the page, and save the signed PDF.

Your PDF is processed on this device and never uploaded. We don't see, store or log your files.

How it works

  1. Tap Choose file and pick the PDF to sign.
  2. Draw your signature in the box, or choose Type and enter your name.
  3. Tap Add signature, or tap the place on the page where it goes; drag it to adjust. Add the date if needed.
  4. Tap Sign PDF and download or share the signed file.

Why sign here

Contracts and forms carry personal details. Here the PDF and your signature stay on your device: nothing is uploaded and no account is needed. Free, with no watermark.

Placing and sizing

A new signature takes 30% of the page width, about 63 mm on A4, a usual size for a signature line. Use Larger and Smaller to adjust it in 25% steps, move between pages with Previous and Next, and add the same signature to as many pages as you need; it is stored once in the file. The date is written in your language's format at about 11 pt. Drawn signatures are captured at your screen's full resolution, so they stay sharp when printed.

What kind of signature this is

This puts a picture of your handwritten or typed signature on the page, like signing a printout. Most offices, landlords and schools accept that for everyday forms. It is not a certificate-based digital signature (the kind that shows a verified signer in Adobe Acrobat); if the sender asks for one, use the signing service they name.

Frequently asked questions

Is a signed PDF from here legally valid?

Electronic signatures are accepted for many documents in most countries, but rules differ by country and document type. If in doubt, ask whoever requested the signature.

Can I sign on several pages?

Yes. Go to each page with Next and tap where the signature goes.

Is my signature saved anywhere?

No. It exists only in this tab and in the PDF you download. Close the tab and it's gone.

Is my PDF uploaded?

No. Everything happens in your browser on your own device.
