Split a PDF or extract pages, privately

Break a PDF into single pages or pull out just the pages you need, such as one invoice from a statement. Everything happens on your own device.

Your PDF is processed on this device and never uploaded. We don't see, store or log your files.

How it works

  1. Tap Choose file, or drop a PDF onto the page.
  2. Choose Every page, or Custom pages and type the pages you want, for example 1-3, 5.
  3. Tap Split PDF.
  4. Download the new PDFs, or all of them as a ZIP.

Why split PDFs here

Your document is never uploaded: pages are copied into new PDFs by your own browser. Pages are copied exactly as they are, so text stays selectable and nothing loses quality.

Writing page ranges

Separate ranges with commas: 1-3, 5, 8- gives three PDFs (pages 1 to 3, page 5, and page 8 to the end). A range that ends with a dash runs to the last page. Each range becomes one PDF; asking for 10 single pages gives 10 files, downloadable together as a ZIP.

Limits to know about

Password-protected PDFs can't be split until the password is removed. Bookmarks and fillable form fields may not carry over to the new files.

Frequently asked questions

Will splitting reduce quality?

No. Pages are copied as they are, without re-compressing text or images.

Can I extract just one page?

Yes. Choose Custom pages and type that page number, for example 4.

Are my files uploaded?

No. Everything happens in your browser on your own device.
