Merge PDFs and photos into one PDF

Applications often ask for one file: a form as a PDF plus photos of your ID card and certificates. Add them all here, put them in order and get a single PDF.

Your files are processed on this device and never uploaded. We don't see, store or log them.

How it works

  1. Tap Choose files and pick your PDFs and JPG or PNG images.
  2. Put them in order with the move up and move down buttons.
  3. Tap Merge into one PDF.
  4. Download or share the PDF.

Why merge here

ID cards, certificates and forms stay on your device; nothing is uploaded. PDF pages are copied as they are, and photos are placed without re-compressing them, so nothing loses quality. Free, no watermark, no sign-up.

How photos are placed

Each photo becomes one A4 page (210 × 297 mm), centred with a margin of about 8 mm, turned to landscape when the photo is wider than it is tall. Rotation from your phone's camera is applied, so photos appear upright. A 12-megapixel phone photo is often 3 to 5 MB; if the portal has a size limit, run the result through Compress PDF to KB afterwards.

Limits to know about

JPG and PNG photos are supported; convert HEIC or WebP images first. Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked before merging.

Frequently asked questions

Can I put a photo between two PDFs?

Yes. Files are merged in the list order, and you can move any file up or down.

Will my photos lose quality?

No. They are embedded as they are, without re-compressing.

My PDF is too large for the upload form. What now?

Use Compress PDF to KB on the merged file and enter the portal's limit, for example 500 KB.

Are my files uploaded?

No. Everything happens in your browser on your own device.
